Homebuying Workshop

Live Virtual Homebuying Workshops

When you are ready, FREE live group workshops are held virtually (on Zoom) twice each month and require advance registration. We will explore the entire homebuying process and you will be able to speak directly with homebuying professionals, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and homeowners’ insurance agents. These courses can be used for both homebuyers in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Ongoing counseling is available until you reach your homebuying goals. You will receive a certificate following the completion of the one-on-one session and group workshop.

Pre-recorded Online Homebuying Course 

We offer a pre-recorded online home-buying education course ($99 cost) to give you the opportunity to complete the course at your leisure and convenience. Please note: If you are buying in Baltimore County you cannot take the online workshop and access down payment and closing cost assistance.

The course has quizzes and allows you to repeat information to make sure you understand everything clearly.
