Affordable Rental Options
We believe that quality rental opportunities help stabilize neighborhoods. Our affordable rental units are located throughout Baltimore City and County. We manage more than 300 units scattered among seven apartment communities and 135 individual single family homes.
In addition to providing affordable housing, we partner with housing agencies, including the Housing Authorities of Baltimore City and County to offer services that assist tenants with special needs. All our programs are designed to positively influence our residents as well as the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Property Management Department provides Case Management services to our residents who qualify for the Shelter Plus Program. The role of the Case Manager is to work with our residents and help them maintain permanent housing for the longest time possible.
General criteria to qualify, depending upon the property may include:
-
Proof of identity (photo ID, birth certificate, social security card)
-
Proof of income
-
Criminal and rental credit screening
