Transitional Housing for Youth
Journey of Hope provides young people (ages 18-24) who are experiencing homelessness a safe, temporary, welcoming space for up to five months with wrap-around case management services that support the pursuit of a stable living arrangement.
With temporary free housing options and coordinated supportive services, young people receive the trauma-informed care and resources they need to improve mental and physical wellbeing, gain educational advancement and financial stability, and secure stable housing.
How do I get started?
We receive participant referrals from case managers, therapists, and social workers who can attest to current living circumstances. Please use 410-366-6180 to connect with us.
